RepairPal Fair Price Guarantee

The RepairPal Price Guarantee means that RepairPal Certified repair facilities have agreed to provide the specific service for a price that does not exceed the estimated range provided by the RepairPal Fair Price Estimator, within 30 days of receiving the estimate. It is important to remember that the estimated price does not include costs for diagnosis, taxes, and other fees, so your total repair costs may be higher than the price from the RepairPal Fair Price Estimator. Contact a specific RepairPal Certified repair facility for exact prices and details.

Important Details

• If a shop or dealership offers the RepairPal Fair Price Guarantee, the cost of repairs must fall within the estimated range provided by the RepairPal Fair Price Estimator.

• The RepairPal Fair Price Guarantee means that the RepairPal Certified shop or dealer has agreed to provide the specific service for a price that does not exceed the estimated range provided by the RepairPal Fair Price Estimator, within 30 days of receiving the estimate.

• It is important to remember that the estimated price does not include costs for diagnosis, taxes, and other fees, so your total repair costs may be higher than the price from the RepairPal Fair Price Estimator. Contact a specific RepairPal Certified shop or dealer for exact prices and other repair details.

In the unlikely event that a participating Certified shop or dealer refuses to honor the RepairPal Estimate, we encourage you to contact us immediately.
