RepairPal Referral Program Terms and Conditions

 

1. Eligibility
The RepairPal Referral Program (“Program”) is available to RepairPal Certified members (“Referrers”) who have received an invitation to participate. By participating, Referrers agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. How to Participate
To refer a shop to RepairPal:

• Use the form provided to enter your name and email address and receive a unique referral link.
• Share this referral link with eligible shops that may benefit from joining the RepairPal network. Note that already RepairPal Certified shops are not eligible to be referred.

3. Reward Structure
Referrers are eligible to receive a reward as follows:

• The referred shop must sign up for RepairPal Certification through the Referrer’s unique link.
• Once the referred shop completes the registration process and their contract is signed, RepairPal will issue a $100 gift card to the Referrer.
• Each qualified referral will earn a $100 gift card, with a limit of up to five rewards per calendar year per Referrer.

4. Reward Delivery
Gift cards will be sent to the email address provided on the referral link form. RepairPal is not responsible for lost or undeliverable gift cards, including any delays or issues with third-party vendors. Delivery times may vary, and RepairPal makes no guarantees regarding specific timelines for gift card delivery.

5. Limitations and Prohibited Conduct
Referrers must not engage in misleading, unethical, or illegal practices to generate referrals, including but not limited to creating fake accounts, providing inaccurate information, or using spam tactics. RepairPal reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or referral suspected of violating these terms.

6. Modification and Termination of Program
RepairPal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Valid referrals made prior to any modification or termination will be eligible for rewards based on the terms in effect at the time of the referral.

7. Limitation of Liability
By participating in this Program, Referrers acknowledge that RepairPal assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation, including but not limited to issues with reward delivery, lost or undeliverable gift cards, or changes to the Program.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising from participation in the Program will be governed by the laws of the State of California. Participants agree to resolve any disputes exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco, California.
